Using a guide

A guide offers a starting point for your own choices. Adapt fit, coverage, colour and technique to your preferences and plans. Choose products and methods appropriate for you, follow their instructions and stop using a product that causes irritation. Known Beauty does not provide medical diagnosis or personalised treatment.

Outfit and kit lists describe useful categories and selection details. They do not guarantee a particular item’s fit, performance, availability or suitability. Celebrity references describe style inspiration and do not imply endorsement, participation or a recommendation by that person.

Saved collections

Saved guides and checklist ticks stay in the browser you use. They can disappear if site data is cleared, the browser or website address changes, or a guide is removed. They do not sync between devices. Print a kit list if you need an independent copy. The browser storage page explains the controls.

Corrections and availability

If a sentence, step or image needs attention, use the guide’s Suggest a correction link or email us with the page address and the detail to check. Editorial information can change, and access may be interrupted by maintenance or a technical problem.

Where the site refers to an external service, that service has its own operator and terms. A third-party page or policy can change.

Reusing material

For reuse beyond your own personal reading, saving and printing, email contact@knownbeauty.com with the page and intended use. Do not assume that material belonging to another publisher or creator is available for reuse.

Privacy and your rights

The privacy notice explains how browsing information and messages are handled. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
